Overview
Cycle the Golden Gate Bridge! Join us for the iconic trek across this 1.7 mile/2.7 kilometer world wonder. Starting from our centrally located office in Fisherman's Wharf, we'll set out for a tour filled with epic views and unforgettable experiences.
We'll begin with a few stops at some of San Francisco's famous sites such as Fort Mason and the Presidio. We'll cycle along Crissy Fields and stop for plenty of photos with the bridge in the background before crossing. The path across the bridge is perfect for cyclists; your guide will provide you with plenty of instructions to ensure your safety as well as that of any pedestrians we may encounter.
Upon arriving on the other side, you are welcome to stay in Sausalito for the afternoon or take the ferry back with us to the pier. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops in Sausalito; you can make a day of it!

This tour meets at our Fisherman’s Wharf office, conveniently located at 757 Beach St. San Francisco, CA 94109.
What's the cancellation policy?
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
What are your covid policies?
Masks are not required at this time, but we take every effort to ensure social distancing while on tour.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available.
Is this a good tour for kids?
Yes!
What kind of bikes do you use?
We use 3-gear City Bikes that are great for crossing the Golden Gate Bridge.
Are helmets mandatory?
Yes.
Will we enter any of the monuments that we see?
This tour was designed to focus on the bridge, but we have not factored in any time to visit museums or other monuments in San Francisco
How long is the tour?
The tour is about three hours long and covers approximately 10 miles/16 kilometers.
Can I leave the tour early?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests like this on our group tours, and ask that you plan on staying with us until the tour is over.
Can I store my luggage at your shop during the tour?
Yes!
Will my bike have a basket?
We will provide you with either a small basket or a bike bag that's great for holding small personal items like phones/wallets. You are welcome to leave larger bags in our office. We recommend that guests bring only the things they needs or wear a small backpack.
What's included?
We provide the bike, helmet, an illustrated map of San Francisco, and excellent local guide.
